Aside from the new MeMo Pad tablets and Transformer Book Trio, ASUS has also unveiled a pair of updates Fonepads at IFA in Berlin. Basically the hardware has been slightly revamped to make for a faster user experience.
The Fonepad 7 comes with Intel’s 1.6GHz ATOM Z2560 dual-core chip, 1GB of RAM, 7-inch 1280×800 screen, 5-megapixel rear and 1.2-megapixel front cameras, 3,950mAh battery, and 8, 16 or 32 GB of internal storage. The device is 10.5mm think and has a weight of 340 grams.
When it comes to the Fonepad Note 6, it rocks Intel’s ATOM Z2580 clocked at 2GHz, 6-inch full HD display, 8-megapixel camera on the back and 2GB of RAM. Moreover, it will ship with 16 or 32 GB of expandable storage, and a 3,200mAh battery. This model is 10.3mm think, weighing 210 grams.
